
Dr Rumbidzayi Zengeya-Sithole graduated with a degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Zimbabwe in 2004. She worked as a GP in private managed healthcare before moving to Jersey in 2019.
Rumbi joined Jersey General Hospital as a Clinical Fellow in Obstetrics and Gynaecology as well as Medicine until 2021. She then moved to Teesside where she completed her GP training with the Durham and Tees Valley scheme.
She decided to move back to Jersey in August 2024.
Rumbi holds a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Sheffield. Furthermore, she has diplomas in Child Health from The University of Sydney and Advanced Healthcare management from FPD/ Yale University.
Her interests are in paediatrics, mental health, occupational medicine and research. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, walking and nature photography.
